Can I change my order?Updated 22 days ago
We will try our best to change your order if it has not been processed (i.e being prepared, packed, in transit or delivered).
Do note that your order status may show "not yet shipped", but it may already have been processed.
If you change your mind after an order has been processed, you have 2 options:
- Refund less shipping and restocking. We will refund what you paid for the order, minus shipping and a US$10 restocking free.
- Store Credit- in the form of a Gift Card 100% equal in value to your initial product purchase (after discounts, excluding shipping). This is the most popular choice.
